GENERAL FITTINGS

Fittings are designed to work with all Strut Channel. In addition to the offerings illustrated, hundreds of other fittings are available for specific applications. Please contact us and we will be happy to check availability & provide a quote.

Channel Nuts

Channel Nuts are used to place and secure fittings, electrical panels, junction boxes, or piping clamps within channels or conduits. They consist of a nut with grooves on the side that fit over side of the channel edge and a screw hole.

Post Bases

Post Bases are designed to fit with all 1 - 5/8" wide channels, single or double. Post Bases are manufactured from 1/4" thick carbon steel and have holes 9/16" diameter and are spaced 1 - 7/8" on center and 13/16" from the end.

Flat Fittings

Flat fittings are used to connect intersecting strut channels to one another. They can also be used as washers to connect the all-threaded rod to channel or as a connection for diagonal bracing.

Angle Fittings

Angle Fittings are used in pipe systems to connect straight sections of pipe or tube, adapt to different sizes or shapes and for other purposes.

Wing Fittings

Wing Fittings wrap around the sides of the channel at the corners to add additional customization when straying away from standard strut framing projects.

Z Fittings

Z Fittings are primarily used to connect a number of different channel sections. With durable finish and materials options for our products, Z fittings add strength to strut junctions.

U Fittings

U Fittings, also known as Union Fittings, are similar to couplings in that they connect two similar strut channels. Offered in Electro Galvanized, Hot Dipped, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and more.

Brackets

Brackets are a fastener or connector designed to secure and hold two pieces or objects together. In addition to the offerings below, hundreds of brackets are available for specific applications.

Trolley

Consisting of just three essential components – trolleys, trolley supports, and track hanger and joiner – our Strut Channel trolleys are capable of bearing heavy loads and also provide reliable support for a diverse range of weights. PUPCO offers a variety of sizes and finishes including Electro Galvanized, Hot Dipped Galvanized, and Stainless Steel 314 & 306.
